ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Not Official):

• processing purchase order & sales order
• performing order follow-up
• assisting with customer warranties
• updating & maintaining monthly sales records
• filing documents
• answering incoming phone calls
• performing other administrative duties when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks
